Google Hacks 2.0

I was a surprised to see this video from a website while surfing the internet. Never believed it until I searched in the Google homepage and went through these search commands. So I entered Youtube and found the same video which I'm using here to embed from. This video shows several hacks that can be done in the Google search. Different network related systems can be hacked by the Google search tricks such as live security cameras, network printers, password files, photo albums. But mostly the links works for ones which are without passwords. You'll be amazed to see how many results appear by the search commands. Hope you will be enjoying these magic lines as everyone has been. Wish you all a happy new year!

Kentucky Fried Cruelty

KFC suppliers cram birds into huge waste-filled factories, breed and drug them to grow so large that they can’t even walk, and often break their wings and legs. At slaughter, the birds’ throats are slit and they are dropped into tanks of scalding-hot water—often while they are still conscious. It would be illegal for KFC to abuse dogs, cats, pigs, or cows in these ways.

KFC’s own animal welfare advisors have asked the company to take steps to eliminate these abuses, but KFC refuses to do so. Many advisors have now resigned in frustration.

The Campaign has been getting a devoted support from famous celebrities as well. Some noteable poeple/bands are The Black Eyed Peas, Fall out boy, Good Charlotte, Sir Paul McCartney, Phil Collins, Pink, Tommy Lee, Jet, Pamela Anderson and many more. Here is a recent campaign video supported by Pamela Anderson showing facts and evidences on how the Kentucky Fried Chicken treats their production line.

Alexa.com

The other day I was surfing the channels on the tv, came across to see the programme 'click' on the BBC news, which from I got to know about a really useful, informative webpage ( www.Alexa.com ) It is a subsidiary company of Amazon.com. The Alexa webpage provides information about the web traffic and statistics of other websites through the means of the Alexa Toolbar. This toolbar can be installed as an addon to Firefox or Internet Explorer. I found this website very interesting which shows such information like traffic rankings, top 500 visited websites, for no pay. Country, subject, language specified rankings can also be searched from this website.

Here is a graph generated from the web traffic tool in the website which I specified the traffic for blogger.com, facebook.com and google.com.

Not 'yet' done with AS exams

I finished my AS level exams last week. I think the only subject I was satisfied with was the business paper. I found economics and accounts a bit tough (you'll know why hah). In the beginning I thought I had the confidence, self assured that I was going to do well and score good grades. But, guess the courage did not turn up with the confidence? hehe, laughable. I believed since exams are over I could freely enjoy with my friends and do what ever makes me feel good without having to think about books/studies. But, somewhere in my head it echoes, 'I.ko did you do good?' haha, joking, erm not completly joking hehe. Anyway, the results would only be released after two months I suppose.
